6. Inspecting.
Planning :-
The first elements of production planning and control is planning. Planning is deciding in advance what is to be done in future . Planning provides a sound base for control . Various charts manuals and production budget are prepared . If production planning is defected then control will be defected so planning must done been carefully .
Routing :-
It is concerned with selection of path or rout which row material should follow to get transferred in to finished product .
Scheduling :-
Preparation of machine loads means loading the machine as per their capacity and capability . Determining the start and completion time for each Operation . To coordinate with the sal so department regarding deliver schedule .
Despatching :-
It is the process of setting production activities in motion through release orders and instructions . To issue required row material from the store . To record start and completion time of each job on each machine or by each man . To assigned definite work to definite machine .
Expediting:-
This is the control tool that keeps a class abservation on the progress of the work ( to see the production line with schedule)
It is of three parts 1. Follow up materials .
2. Follow of work in progress .
3. Follow up assembling the duties .
includes etc .
Inspecting :-
This is the last part of the production planning and control . In this stage it can seen that the product is carded or discard . If it is carded , then it gives instructions for packing .
